Jyoti Books Agency commits to supplying 100% original, brand-new books direct from manufacturing publishers. In the rare event of printing defects (such as missing pages, misprints, or binding faults), we provide a 100% free immediate replacement.

2. Replacement Window for Schools

• Schools may request replacement for any defective or damaged copy within 14 days of receiving campus delivery.
• Replacement copies will be dispatched via express transport without any extra freight charges.

3. Syllabus Edition Updates

If a publisher issues an unannounced revised edition after order placement, we coordinate directly with the publishing house to exchange uncirculated copies for the updated edition.

4. Order Adjustment & Cancellation

Student count adjustments (due to new admissions or class transfers) can be accommodated before final factory dispatch with mutual coordination.
