1. Institutional Supply Agreement

By placing an institutional purchase order or engaging in book distribution services with Jyoti Books Agency (Est. 2012, Directed by Mr. Ajay Srivastav), the partner institution/school agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Direct Publisher Procurement & Pricing

• All book titles, workbooks, and stationery kits supplied are procured directly from recognized book manufacturing publishing companies.
• Wholesale price quotations and commercial discount slabs are confirmed upon receipt of the final approved school booklist and student strength.
• Statutory GST and institutional invoices will be issued under MSME Registration UDYAM_HR_03_0021260.

3. Section-wise Packaging & Campus Delivery

• Textbook sets will be packaged class-wise and labeled section-wise as per agreed instructions.
• Deliveries will be scheduled inside the school campus premises across Faridabad, Delhi NCR, and Agra prior to the academic session commencement.
• The school representative must verify physical packages against the itemized delivery challan upon unloading.

4. Complimentary Teacher Specimen Sets

Approved institutional partners receive complimentary teacher reference copies, specimen sets, and digital answer keys subject to publisher allocation and mutual agreement.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes or claims arising out of commercial contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
